Position: *Project Manager with e-cube metrics* Location: St. Paul, MN Duration: 12 Months Rate: Open Experience: *Minimum 10+years.* Roles & Responsibilities Key R&R’s of this role will be to manage the project end to end which includes but is not restricted to project planning, project tracking, risk-issue mitigation, timely escalations, accurate senior management reporting for successful execution of this program , and also able to appreciate development and project/program management from a technical perspective. Profile: Project manager with successful track record of having managed development projects. Handled at least 1 large scale application development / integration projects of similar nature and complexity in BFSI. Experience in .Net technology. Skills: Sufficient Project Management experience, excellent oral and written communication skills, power point skills, exposure to senior management reporting via dashboards, thorough understanding of risks and issues in managing large duration projects. Workflow knowledge is added advantage 1. Should have handled a *development project, complete lifecycle.* 2. Must be familiar with at least one SDLC model 3. Should have handled a team of 5+ members 4. Must be familiar with *E-cube metrics* 5. Understanding of project details; project plan, resource loading sheet, peak team size, current team size, phases of the project, phase wise ramp-up, onsite / offshore breakup, attrition and rotation, etc 6. Project based fulfillment; planning for fulfillment of critical roles on priority, planning for fulfillment for all phases of the project. Timely fulfillment, quality of fulfillment and quantum of fulfillment. 7. To drive improvement on operational parameters related to fulfillment. 8. Interaction with delivery team to understand, validate and fulfill the demand. Certifications: PMP certification will be an advantage.
