He will take a screenshot of candidate and asses skills fit. He is very keen on finding fakers and knows all the tricks. If he suspects a faker he will end immediately. This can be done M-F from 630 – 830 CST only. - Phone interview with client in the next day or two. - In person interview with Client. This will be again with Manish & Manager at Client.
