*Role: Oracle Functional Analyst - Order Management Program: Oracle EBS R12 UpgradeLength: 6-12 monthsLocation: Minneapolis, MNTravel? Y, onsite Mon-Th or Mon-Fri* *What will I be doing?* The Oracle Functional Analyst will work on the team implementing multiple Oracle EBS projects; modules in the current scope include R12 Inventory, Costing and Order Management. Best Buy will be configuring Oracle EBS to support its Appliance and Computer Repair Service units to create functionality for procuring repair parts, tracking inventory, fulfillment and managing the full repair service lifecycle (scheduling, etc.). The Analyst role is straight forward - gather requirements, manage design, configuration/build, testing and deployment for the Order Management workstream. This program is BIG and we need 'A' players! *What skills are they looking for?* Biggest requirement is that this is NOT a Techno-Functional resource or past Developer; it's straight a up ERP Business Analyst role. Our client is looking for someone who drives solutions and doesn't just a documenter. If you're known for nailing requirements with solid intake meetings, you are the type of person I'm looking for. Excellent communication skills with business stakeholders and users. Collaborative - this team has a great dynamic! The other skills are straight forward: 5+ years working with Oracle EBS modules, standard BA skills for a full implementation (not just system maintenance or minor enhancements). Agile is a plus here. Must have experience with Oracle EBS Order Management and/or Inventory & Costing. *FAQs:Are other Oracle modules OK? *No, our client is set on these modules *Expenses? *Reimbursed in addition to pay rate *Pay cyle? *every 2 weeks for W2 and C2C *H1B candidates? * yes but cannot be former developers or super technical; this is a functional role *Extensions? *Yes, this is a multi-year program, work is expected into year end and into 2018 *Nearest Airport? *MSP - Best Buy's airport is 5 miles west, about a 10 min. drive *Housing? *Several hotels and long term stay hotels by Best Buy, some within walking distance *I'm interested!
