Job Title : VB.Net Programmer Location: Albany, NY Duration: 18 Months *Mandatory Requirements:* Associates degree in Information Technology (IT) and three years related field experience or four years direct experience in IT software development. *Desirable Experience:* Good communication and interpersonal skills Four years of progressive experience working with project staff (both program and technical staff) architecting, designing, authoring technical designs for a large complex Client Server environment using an “N-tiered” methodology based on a defined user requirement. Four or more years experience working directly with customers to identify their business processes, rules, application user requirements, and business process re-engineering. Four years of progressive experience working with project staff (both program and technical staff) developing both the client and the middle tier software for a large complex Client Server environment, (using an “N-tiered” methodology), using Visual Basic based on a defined technical design. Three years experience working within a SACWIS (Statewide Automated Child Welfare Information System) based system as part of the Application Development organization.
