Job Title : Business Analyst with *Medicaid Experience* Location : Austin , TX Duration : 6 Month Contract *Required Skills :* Interviewing users to gather and/or validate requirements. Documenting business knowledge from business subject matter experts. Identification and documentation of business processes – produce functional and technical specifications as required.Decomposing high-level business and stakeholder requirements into business requirements at an appropriate level of detail and writing complete documentation according to standard templates, using clear, concrete, and concise language.Quickly developing business knowledge about existing systems and capabilities and applying this knowledge to stakeholder requirements and data needs. Understanding business requirements and how the data supports those requirements to help users leverage warehouse data.Developing relationships and acting as a point of contact for requirements-related questions, including ability to work with a mixture of personality types, following through on commitments, and tactfully communicating sensitive information.Meeting coordination, facilitation, and presentation.Assessing EDW implementation’s impact to existing process flows Participate in cost estimation of process revisions, qualitative benefits, and quantitative benefits Development and maintenance of project documentation – business process flow diagrams, use cases, etc Research and summation of findings in a concise easy to understand format.
