Job Title:Program Manager Pharmaceutical DW BI - PA Location: King of Prussia, PA Duration:6 Months Rate is open. Job Description: Minimum 12 years of pharmaceutical consulting experience in a top consulting company * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Possess a deep understanding of Pharma/Life Sciences compliance, sales and marketing, operations, business processes, data, and supporting technology * Demonstrated ability to interact with C-suite and senior client influencers * Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets of $5M+ projects and manage delivery teams of 30+ consultants * Experienced with both time & material and fixed time/fixed price engagement models * Minimum of 2 pharmaceutical data warehouse and business intelligence full life cycle projects * Experience delivering projects in with a remote and/or distributed on-shore team * Experience managing sub-contractors and vendors as part of the team * Responsible for all aspects of project management including: project charter and contract development; scope planning and definition; activity definition, sequencing and estimating; resource planning; cost estimating and budgeting; team management and performance reporting; change control; risk and quality management; and, project/contract close out Day to Day Responsibilities include: * Regular Reporting on project status to clients and internal stakeholders * Managing Project Budget, providing project forecasts, ensuring accurate time reporting, reviewing invoices, analyzing project profitability, revenue, monitoring budget versus actual; * Monitoring changes in scope, facilitating agreement between stakeholders; and, drafting change orders; * Performing risk analysis and developing/implementing risk mitigations; * Managing and facilitating the resolution of issues; * Monitoring schedule and dependencies; * Fostering a positive working environment and motivating the team; * Managing expectations regarding deliverables; * Ensuring review of deliverables prepared by project team before delivering to clients and managing client deliverable acceptance; * Accountable for quality assurance and ensuring customer satisfaction on project results Thanks Matt Jones -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "OracleD2K" group.
