*Duration :  2 years*

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Excellent communication skills to be able to effectively interact with
clients, application architects, managers and developers.

• At least 8 years experience as MS SQL Server database
architect/developer/administrator on large scale (more than 50 tables)
software development projects.

• At least 5 years experience in developing conceptual, logical and physical
data models through requirements gathering with developers and end users
using common data modeling tools.

• At least 2 years experience on a software development project requiring
maintaining schema and data changes on large scale.

• At least 2 years experience in large scale software development public
sector project which were based on state government regulations and
standards.

• At least 2 years experience in large scale SQL database performance
improvement project.

• At least 2 years experience in integrating, initializing, populating,
synchronizing, cleansing, mapping, and transforming Bulk Data Migration on
large scale projects with more than 50 million records.

• At least 3 years experience on Online Analytical Processing, normalizing
and supporting databases for ad hoc reporting.

• At least 3 years experience in developing both OLTP and Data Warehousing
data models

• At least 3 year experience in working with MS SQL Server 2005/2008 cluster
including database schema design, optimization, SQL development, failover,
replication, XML, meta-data.

• Designing a database cluster to handle more than one million OLTP
transactions daily for at least two (2) projects.

• Baccalaureate or graduate degree (MS, MA, PhD) from an accredited
college/university in computer science, computer engineering, or comparable
area of study.

• Should preferably be Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBAs)
Certification and/or ITIL certification

• Experience working as a SQL Server DBA on a large custom development
project and supporting development teams of 20 or more
