This position is key in understanding, documenting and maintaining Guardian's data environment for the Customer Experience Program. This position entails the following activities: • Develop, document and maintain logical and physical data models for a multi-phase development project. Analyze enterprise and application logical and physical data models and associated business rules; • Develop data migration strategies for retiring legacy systems into modern information systems; • Analyze and design data sizing and scaling approaches, distribution alternatives and trade-offs; • Coordinate across organizations as required to support data integration efforts; • Support and apply data standardization policies; • Support related modeling and simulation activities; and • Other related activities, as assigned.
