At least five (5) years computer related programming experience,
At least three (3) years experience working with end-users in defining SAS
analysis requirements, and performing SAS programming and statistical
analysis,
At least one years experience in education data analysis,
At least two years experience creating and processing large SAS data sets,
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with end users, both orally
and in writing.
Bachelors Degree, with a Master’s Degree preferred or equivalent 24 credit
hours of post-baccalaureate course work from an accredited college or
university, with 6 credits in statistical analysis.
