- Actuate and BIRT reporting
- Must have been involved in Maximo upgrade projects including Data
Migration
- Posses good troubleshooting skills both from the functional side as

- Excellent knowledge in IBM WebSphere
- Posses excellent leadership qualities to lead the team and front end
with the customer as well as establish onsite-offshore model
- Effective communication skills is a must
