* Remedy Developer* *Location: Reston VA* *Duration: 6++ months* ** *BMC ITSM/ITAM Developer performs perform high complexity (i.e. system level applications) analysis, design, development and unit testing of software applications from user requirements and design documents. The candidate also resolves defects encountered during various testing cycles. Candidate should have 3+ years of experience with the BMC Remedy or ITSM tools. Experience developing, configuring and managing AIE, SLM and CMDB components is a must. Candidate shall have: Work experience in BMC Remedy 7.0/7.6 environment doing development/design and support. Minimum of 5 years of experience with BMC Remedy design, configuration, set-up, development, support of 7.0/7.5/7.6 systems. Experience with Change Mgmt, Incident Mgmt, Asset Mgmt, Problem Mgmt and other modules with Remedy Familiarity and experience with BMC or other Discovery tools is preferred. Experience with Foundation Data and CMDB is highly preferred. Hands-on experience with Oracle 10g/11g Pl/SQL Dashboard, ADDM reporting, BOXI is strongly preferred.
