*1)Title: Interaction Designer **(2 positions)** Location: San Jose, CA Duration: 6+ months contract *** Some of the more specific things the client is looking for are: 1) Experience in collaboration services, like Chatter, Jive, Box.net or social networking application similar to face book, twitter (desired) 2) Should be able to show end to end flow and detailed level design screens. 3) Should be able to support constraints and decision behind the designs. 4). Looking for experience in consumer applications that has millions of users and SaaS oriented 5) In-depth knowledge of user-centered design documentation systems such as wireframes comps and design specifications *RESPONSIBILITIES: * Create site maps, navigation design, information organization models, workflow and error handling Create prototypes of varying fidelities based on a given design problems and finish off with complete visual designs Communicate your designs effectively to engineers and actively collaborate with them through implementation to resolve design questions and ensure desired execution. Collaborate and share on design ideas and actively critique own sketches and iterate to discover the best designs. Follow and establish design style guides Assist UX Manager wherever needed. *2) Title: Interaction Designer Location: San Jose, CA Duration: 6+ months contract, renewed quarterly * This is a self-starter, proactive role for a leading business unit. You must be an extraordinary communicator, confident in speaking to user-designed solutions, and technical enough to make designs better through collaboration with Developers. Hands-on Skills required - Must be able to visualize at a very tight level through mock-ups, prototyping, wireframes and through 'appropriate' visualization that meets the stage of development.
