Defining the standards for packaging of Crystal Reports Patches Installing and configuration of BOE XI Servers. Tracking of Critical Business Objects Enterprise patches. Developer and other support personnel training. Architecture help with Software implementation. Troubleshooting expertise. Capacity and Stability reporting and design specific to Business Objects Enterprise servers and services. Dealing with Production Support Issues and providing support on weekends. *Secondary Responsibilities:* Capacity planning and projections for a large / high capacity reporting environment. Participate in performance analysis and tuning projects of the reporting infrastructure with the associated applications. Mentoring junior staff and providing technical leadership to large-scale projects.
