* Title : Senior Business Analyst Location : Boston MA Duration : 6 months Rate: $45/hr Corp to Corp* Business analyst required to work on a global product that was implemented four years ago and has not yet had proper requirements written for it. The client requires someone to come in and baseline the application, retrofit and understand what exists today, then document functional specs, create use cases etc. BA will also be working with end-users on new requests, so the chosen candidate must understand what the end users are looking for and document detailed well-written requirements that will translate well to the technical team. RequirementsSomeone with five to ten years of BA experience, financial knowledge a plus Minimum five years of strong analytical and writing skills with solid experience in writing Business Requirements, Functional Specifications, Use Cases, Activity, and other diagrams A collaborative style and ability to build the appropriate relationships and partnerships across the firm. Ability to extract key business requirements along with strong negotiation and influencing skills. Ability to exercise initiative, problem identification, problem solving and independent decision making Proven critical thinking ability; can understand all the available information, tie it all together, and speak to it clearly and concisely.
