Demonstrated understanding OO Design principles and fundamentals (be
able to answer
questions like what is polymorphism and class structure)
Hands on development experience with the following
· .Net 3.5/4.0
· MVC 2/3 (framework and/or design patterns)
· Silverlight (3 months) if not Silverlight than the tradeoff is WPF
· Entity Framework
Solid working knowledge of SQL server schema design and modeling
and ORM
Agile/Scrum development to include unit testing.. The
tool they use is spirateam but not
required
