Our client, an international IT services firm with over $6B in annual
revenue, has been awarded a major project to design, build and implement a
custom Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) software tool for a medical facility.
To meet this challenge, the client has an urgent need for support with the
development of a custom Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) tool. This support
requires a significant understanding of Cycle Management (aka Revenue Cycle
Management; aka Hospital Revenue Management) as well as knowledge of
performance indicators, measures and metrics as well as best practices.
The preferred candidate will have experience with complex methodologies and
tools and previous background in a HEALTHCARE setting with multiple business
lines.
Duties
. Mines, analyzes, interprets and summarizes business requirements
. Defines revenue cycle related data from multiple information
systems and other sources
. Investigates data discrepancies
. Generates accurate dashboards and quantitative reports
. Presents findings and provides input to improvements initiatives
based on best practices and key performance indicators
. Monitors progress towards clearly defined goals
. Works with others to achieve identified goals within established
timeframes.
. Demonstrates proficiency in revenue cycle system concepts and
terminology.
Requirements:
. 3-5 years healthcare finance experience
. Business analysis
. Project management
. Policy creation
. Software implementation and Accounting background preferred
. GREAT COMMUNICATION SKILLS
