POSITION REQUIREMENTS:: a) The candidate should have the following competencies at a minimum: a. Over 6 years of IT Experience in Developing web applications, smart client applications and system software development. b. Over 4 years of development experience in .NET framework, Visual Studio.NET, ASP.NET <http://asp.net/>, ADO.NET <http://ado.net/>, VB .NET, desktop applications c. Working knowledge of PL/SQL coding and database architecture for Oracle or any RDBMS database d. Experience in the complete system development life cycle (SDLC) of multiple enterprise-wide web based applications e. Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft .NET architecture best practics and Object Oriented Programming concepts f. Should be a good team player with strong independent abilities, abilities to guide, lead, and adapt new skills, and optimistic and energetic personality that can both work well with others and independently. g.
