Software Engineer-Senior - Oracle KING OF PRUSSIA, Pennsylvania Required Skills: - 5 to 10 years of experience in database technology - Demonstrated depth of Oracle programming and application development knowledge - Demonstrated developing/modifying/maintaining Perl and other shell scripts (bash, etc.) - Demonstrated ability to operate with changing priorities and work within an SLA driven environment. - BS, MS in Computer Science or a related technical field (or equivalent), with strong competencies in object-oriented development, data structures, algorithms and software design and architecture. - 5-10 years experience programming Core Java, JSP and J2EE technologies. - Coding experience using Web-presentation technologies (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript), SQL scripting, and UNIX scripting. - Experience developing or maintaining high volume Java transaction processing applications in an MQSeries environment. - Experience with automated build utilities and continuous integration environments. - Solid grasp of software development lifecycle best-practices, methods, and conventions, including but not limited to Test Driven Development, Source Code Management, Continuous Integration, Domain Driven Design, and Dependency Management. - Strong oral and written communication skills.
