2. Should have HFM Implementation and Support experience.
3. Should be an expert in HFM Financial Close activities.
4. Should be process oriented in understanding the Business processes and
should define/automate the business processes in HFM.
5. Expert in FDM, ERPi, EPMA, Financial Reporting, Security, Calc Manager
and Smart View.
6. Oracle GL module knowledge is an added advantage.
7. Should be able to support and troubleshoot month, quarter and year end
close.
8. Expert in VB Scripting.
9. Good Understanding of SQL, PL/SQL.

1. Support HFM and Hyperion Essbase and planning infrastructure installation
and maintenance procedures.
2. Troubleshoot performance issues.
3. Troubleshoot product issues.
4. Application patch maintenance.
5. Perform fail-over.
6. Support application services issues.
7. Strong preference for HFM experience (in preference to Essbase). Windows
experience is a must - must be able to troubleshoot issues that could arise
with HFM/Essbase on Windows.
8. Strong HFM suite infrastructure experience. This is to separate HFM
admin/ development from the infra support in this case.
9. Experience with multiple server environment with failover, disaster
recovery and scalable systems.
10. Experience monitoring, troubleshooting and performance tuning HFM suite
of products.
11. Ability to migrate HFM and related applications like FDM, ODI between
environments using LCM (Hyperion Life Cycle Management).
