and design of logical and physical database models, software implementation

The purpose of this request is to augment and support the ITO Database staff
in the daily database administration and assist ITO in the architecture,
design, integration, implementation and optimization of an electronic
document management system. The senior database analyst must have excellent
technical and communication skills. The candidate will support the
development and implementation of the Judiciary’s EFM project and it’s
technical interfacing with existing Judiciary court systems. The candidate
will support the IBM Content Manager for z/OS upgrade to version 8 and
conduct software assessments to leverage enterprise content management for
more efficient court systems. The candidate will also develop detailed
architectural and technical documentation to support the findings as well as
providing a migration strategy and plan to move forward.
