*Job Description: *The Senior .NET Developer will be responsible for the writing of accurate technical specification documents and program code to create software that meets the requirements set forth by the Technical lead. The Senior .NET Developer is accountable for delivering agreed specifications documents and software to the required dates. The Senior .NET Developer will be responsible for working with code migration resources to deploy software into downstream environments (QA, UAT, Production, DR). The Senior .NET Developer will be responsible for responding to and resolving any defects found during testing in an efficient and timely manner. The Senior .NET Developer will be required to escalate to the Application Development Manager/Lead any issues or constraints encountered that could affect the project deliverables or timetable. Work under the guidance of a Technical Lead/Architect. Ability to interpret high level design specifications without the need for detailed technical specifications from the project technical lead *Qualifications:* 7-8 years experience in application development Experience working in a software development life cycle environment Strong knowledge of Object Oriented Design and Development methodologies Knowledge and experience in Technology including various architectures, languages, tools and applications including Web and Middleware development Team player Have a positive approach to work and to fellow team members Superior attention to detail/root cause analysis Ability to -own- issues to ensure appropriate resolution Ability to absorb & present complex ideas quickly & accurately Ability to provide solutions within aggressive deadline.
