Migrating existing application components to run in Citrix environment. This
includes: analyses, design, unit testing and release tracking.
Skills:
. Knowledge and experience in C++ required.
. Experience interfacing with any or all of the following: PBX, IVR,
ICM, ACD, VOIP technology. If not, SOME exposure to telecommunications is
good.
. Client Computing Experience with Microsoft products, for
supporting desktop on XP, Win7, IE7/IE8, Office
. Experience with code/component unit testing.
. Excellent communication skills.
