Location: *Waltham*, *Massachusetts* * * Job Description: *Sr. Quality Assurance Lead - Manual Tester* As a Senior Software Test Engineer you will be responsible for providing Quality Assurance testing software development. You will perform testing of Software products of a highly complex nature with little supervision. The ideal candidate would be a Senior Test Engineer with experience testing applications and User Interfaces. You will work with the Product Management, Program Management, and Development teams through the software development life cycle to deliver new versions of your product. Your responsibilities include test planning, test design, test data creation, and test execution using industry standard techniques. Essential Functions: · Test Software Products. · Document defects found by manual testing using our Defect Tracking tool. · Maintain clear and effective communications with Development Engineering, Program Management, Technical Support, and Product Management. · Track Test Case execution using Quality Center. Minimum Qualifications: · 7+ years experience testing software through the complete development life cycle. · Experience with QA and manual testing techniques and processes, including Black Box/White Box, bug reporting and tracking, test case writing, and test execution. · Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), specifically the Agile Methodology (Scrum, XP, Lean, Kanban, etc.) · Experience testing web-based, enterprise applications and GUI. · Experience using test management tools like HP Quality Center · Experience using test automation tools like HP QuickTest Pro · Team Leadership · Communicate the day to day testing activities · Schedule and estimate test execution, including managing test cycles, reporting test results and leading the defect management process · Report to senior management and project management when there is no Test Manager · Participate test team in periodic review meetings (defect review, build, etc.) · Participate in definition and development of test plans, test cases and participate in manual functional testing · Review team*s results, defects and test cases to ensure adherence to established testing standards · Works with Business Analyst on all functional testing related issues · Facilitate communication among business, management and IT personnel · Communicate status to the Test Manager · Prioritizes and multi-tasks across several concurrent projects Please provide me information about candidate along with Name : Contact: Email : Availability : Visa status : Current location : Regards Nayan Vadher Technical Recruiter +1-408-469-4409 | na...@tekreliance.com [nayanvadhe...@gmail.com TekReliance LLC. | 1866 Clayton Rd., Suite 210 | Concord, CA -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "OracleD2K" group.
