Role: Sr. Performance Tester Length: 6+ months Location: Raleigh, NC - Develop HP LoadRunner test scripts for a web-based COTS application. - Test script data preparation. - Develop and execute HP Performance Center scenarios. - Monitor server performance metrics (web/application/database servers). - Perform results analysis to identify potential performance bottlenecks. - Assist Architecture & Infrastructure team with performance tuning activities. Required Skills: - Substantial experience with advanced LoadRunner scripting (web-based/JavaScript/AJAX protocols). - Substantial experience with HP Performance Center. - Substantial experience with ANSI C programming. Desirable Skills: - Experience with UNIX/AIX. - Experience with IBM HTTP Server (Apache). - Experience with IBM WebSphere Server. - Understanding of J2EE platform and web-based technologies. - Experience with HP SiteScope. Desirable Certifications: - HP LoadRunner Certified Product Consultant (CPC). - HP LoadRunner Certified Product Instructor (CPI).
