We already have closed three requirement for pega developer. still there is Five opening. *If you can provide me suitable candidate today i can get you interview call today.* *Need 5 more pega developers:* *Location : CA, TX, OH, NY, Hawaii.* JOB DESCRIPTION : Works with client’s Business and IT teams to drive strategic Pega PRPC platform adoption and develop the platform roadmap in support of business goals and strategies. Also responsible for providing architectural guidance, conducting design reviews and formulating platform usage standards, specifications and integration patterns. Acts as a trusted advisor and consultant by building and maintaining relationships with solution implementation architects project leads. REQUIRED SKILLS: - 6+ years experience operating in an senior role or technical leadership role on enterprise wide development projects. - 2+ years experience in design and implementation of PRPC-based solutions, including leadership role in design to develop shared/reusable enterprise rules and workflow components within Pega Process Rules Commander - Knowledge of client/server processing and object-oriented analysis and design methodologies. - Knowledge of Web architectures including portals, application servers, security, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and .Net / Java technologies. - Knowledge of relational database technologies and data access patterns and frameworks. - Ability to translate business needs into enterprise architecture requirements - Ability to comprehend rapidly the functions and capabilities of new technologies. - Must have experience building strong and credible relationships, and effectively collaborate across the extended enterprise (employee, partners, and customers) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Must be capable of driving both strategic and tactical engagements. Typical strategic engagements include - rationalizing client current state portfolio, gather future state requirements, and prescribe an actionable road map. Tactical engagements include - detailed design and implementation of data warehouse/BI and oversight through all phases of the SDLC. - Collaborates and provides guidance to various Center-of-Excellence (COE) teams to develop IP based solution frameworks and productivity accelerators - Technical Mentorship and career guidance for a team of direct reports (Architects) and BPM practice members - Works with multiple projects simultaneously (including sales proposals).
