Candidates must have strong SQL backgrounds, as there will be lots of object modeling and data manipulation on some very large databases. The right individuals will "own" the systems they will be working on, and will have a lot of visibility and interfacing with the user community. The opportunity calls for a BA with recent development experience in SQL. He or she will need to have had XML experience. The candidate should have Strong Data Services, SQL, and be able to translate Business Specs, while remaining VERY technical. Strong HIE (Health Information Exchange) is required.
