Also, if candidate has good understanding of databases that will be added advantage. *Job Roles / Responsibilities: * - Min having 10+ yrs of experience in Java/J2ee with 2 yrs of experience in Architecture area and Understanding the big picture and design the solution using best practices, design patterns, RA etc., - ensure the right resources are identified for the projects based upon skill. - Hands on and go through code if necessary, build components, frameworks, code reviews, ensure quality of the code. - PoC’s building, establishing best practices, tech/domain knowledge base within the portfolio - Provide estimates/efforts to medium to large size initiatives and help PM’s and program managers while sizing the projects - Provides technical leadership and mentors other team members on object technology and advanced programming topics. - Provides assistance to the delivery team members with issues needing technical expertise or complex systems and/or programming knowledge. - Works multiple projects or work streams concurrently . - Participates in all phases of the project lifecycle: analysis, design, development and release, with an emphasis of effort on early phases. - Ensures business requirements are correctly translated into functional requirements, design specifications and, eventually, source code. - Contributes to development of architecture documents, user manuals, management reports and other technical documentation. - Business interaction while working on the large initiatives and provide technical overview of the projects’/applications that are in scope.
