Systems Analysis, Oracle-Siebel CRM Applications Major Accountabilities: * Determine the Siebel system configuration requirements necessary to meet the business requirements in such a way as to minimize any custom code and keep the Siebel implementation as "Out-of-the-Box" as possible to meet the business requirements. * Lead process-mapping sessions and functional workshops * Perform fit-gap analysis and develop migration and transition plans for new implementations and system conversions * Configure and customize Screens, Views, and Applets per business requirements using Siebel Tools and Siebel scripting * Drive usability labs and conference room pilots, understand and incorporate learning into revisions * Ensure requirements are understood and achieved by technical teams * Analyze and develop the requirements for data conversions and data loads using Siebel EIM * Ensure completeness of test scripts and drive matrix system and unit end to end testing * Provide initial training, technical support, and troubleshooting assistance on new Siebel software application related issues and resources. Experience: * 4+ years Functional Systems Analysis experience with packaged applications; Oracle-Siebel required. Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence, BI Publisher, Oracle Real-time Decisions, and/or Oracle Policy Automation (a.k.a. Haley's Business Rules) a plus. * 2+ years experience with Marketing Automation, Campaign Management, or Siebel Call Center (Service) required. * Siebel 7/8 version experience and a minimum of 1-2 years experience with new Siebel system implementation/configurations in a Functional Analyst role. * Involved at least one Siebel CRM or Call Center implementation in a functional business analyst role * Formal Oracle Siebel training, and Functional Systems Analysis Training * Self-starter with the ability to work unsupervised, and direct the work of junior analysts * Experience managing requirements large-scale enterprise projects, Gap Analysis and Proof of Concept activities * Experience with packaging work (requirements, specifications) for off-shore and outsourcing arrangements, and managing quality and implementation of delivered work-product. * Experience with scope management, building estimates, and systems development methodology is expected. * Ability to grasp new concepts quickly * Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to interact comfortably with various levels of management * Experience in Financial Services, Payment Processing, or Banking Industry a plus.
