The application is named as e-HR MDM and it serves as a source of employee information for a wide variety of internal and external systems. HR data includes New Hire, Transfer, Termination, Promotion, Demotion, System modification and correction/change. All HR data comes from different sources through different interfaces. Each interface feeds data into MDM system after validating them through complex business rules. *MDM Siperian support analyst* needs to work at client site alongside with client analyst to handle day to day issues reported by users and also work on enhancement/change request as per predefined SLA. Resource should apply company policies and procedures to resolve the variety of issues.
