We need to define business processes around NetApp's cluster mode sales, Factory configured cluster etc. As a part of this project NetApp is changing their Software licencing strategy and there is already team working on it. We will interact with that team to define overall sales processes around cluster mode and any impact if any because of cluster mode change. Skills Required : 1.good business/functional knowledge of supply chain, software licencing ,product configurator etc. 2. Primary deliverables will be BRDs(detailed requirements), Process flows etc. 3. In terms of PM- This job involves interaction with multiple stakeholders. Person should have good communication skill and ability to define scope and business need and set expectations with different stakeholders. There no expectation of traditional project management. 4.
