Resource requested to be onsite at the closest Client location or facilities/plants and can therefore be from one of our global teams. *Have Software, network, standard server and storage knowledge. *Ability to work with technical client staff *Strong in technical skills *Strong written and language skills. *Must be articulate* *Strong communication and a proactive nature *Client Job Description/Requirements:* A recognized technical expert who masters multiple infrastructure technologies utilized within Client IT. This technical expertise and his/her extensive experience is used in a variety of projects. The role in projects is typically the project leader role, in which the Engineer will lead and direct the work of others combined with technical design skills and project execution skills. The Engineer will assist also in standard setting, and architectural solution design activities. The Engineer will act as product champion for several products within his field of expertise. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to communicate in other European languages is a plus. Ability to work comfortably in varied settings from executive offices to plant workstations. *Technical Skills:* Maintain expert knowledge on common-used concepts, practices and procedures within the domain of expertise. Develop and document detailed instruction to install and upgrade the OS and other software products within the delivery project environment. Evaluate, test, document and recommend enhancements/changes to the current IT Infrastructure. Architecture: Configure, install and deploy new operating system and infrastructure software (in project mode). Mentor and develop junior staff members (Engineer, Technical Specialist). Actively respond to the need for technical expertise in the problem management process. Actively participate in the technical research during standard setting Project Leader role Make project plan and communicate to IT Functional Mgr.for consolidation according requirements, milestones. Make cost sheet for the IOS domain and communicate to IT Functional Mgr. for consolidation. Request for resources for solution development/deployment to the resource managers. Ensure user-stated business requirements are addressed. Ensure prototyping sessions achieve the objectives within the timebox and scheduling constraints. Ensure changes are documented and controlled Report weekly to the IT project manager, progress, issues, questions of their domain. Follow up with his/her team members (project plan, spending). Validate unit tests. Maintain all information up-to-date in Business Engine. Product Champion role: Advanced knowledge of the product, both technical as functional. Drive product evolution, usage, ROI, changes within the Client organization. Maintain close relationship with product vendor to maximize product benefits for client. Actively train, coach and transfer product knowledge to the organization (both technically as functional). *Required Experience:* PMP certification required.
