Title : Salesforce.com Developer Location: Rochester, NY Duration: 1+ Year Assist with organizing complex activities for the development, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce.com customizations. Assist with analysis and studies to determine requirements, immediate and long-range plans and designs. Utilizes high level of communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain positive and productive working relationships. Produce detailed technical design documentation for all Salesforce.com configuration changes and customizations. Customize Salesforce.com fields, page layouts, record types, reports and dashboards. Maintain users, roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, etc. Manage mass imports and exports of data. Develop and maintain custom code using Visualforce, Salesforce Apex, and existing APIs to meet user requirements. Design and develop custom objects. Design and develop integrations with existing systems. Create workflows and assignment rules. Contribute to the development of best practices that will be followed across the team. Minimum Requirements: (Not Editable) In depth knowledge of accepted engineering practices. Computer software knowledge to include Microsoft Office, Custom Planning Tools and Databases. Excellent analytical skills; the ability to prioritize projects; excellent oral and written communication skills; and excellent interpersonal skills. Has well-developed leadership qualities. Excellent project management skills. Required: Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Visualforce, Salesforce Apex, Salesforce APIs, Eclipse IDE. Hands on experience administering and customizing Salesforce.com. Optional but preferred: SCRUM, Salesforce.com test automation, Salesforce.com continuous integration.
