Please reply to afr...@catstaffing-us.com Role: Urgent Need: *MDM Manager or Lead for HNI *Location: Muscatine, IA Duration: 6 month The Manager, Oracle E-Business (MDM) Master Data Management is responsible for working with both functional and technical personnel to gather, manage, model and document the detailed data requirements for Oracle’s E-business master data. This role includes contributing to enterprise data standards and managing related staff. Job Responsibilities: • Translate business needs into master data solutions utilizing process flows and data flow techniques. • Support current Production MDM environment consisting of multiple master data hubs • Design, build and support conceptual and logical models from business requirements. • Create, review, and manage data models. • Document data content, relationships, structure, and flow, processes that manage, transform, or touch data, business rules that govern data and durations for which data is required. • Performs the necessary facilitation, analysis and design tasks related to the development of Master Data Solutions. • Responsible for tactical development of the data architecture. • Contributes to enterprise wide data standards, conceptual and logical modeling for applications and master data initiatives to ensure consistent usage and standards. • Understand, advocate and augment the principles of business and IT and more specifically enterprise architecture/data strategies. • Analyze enterprise business context (trends and business strategy) to derive technical architecture. Assist with designing the governance activities associated with ensuring Enterprise Master Data Architecture compliance. • Oversee or consult on technical architecture (for example, systems) implementation and modification activities (for example, projects), particularly for new and/or shared infrastructure solutions. • Analyze current business practices, processes and procedures, performs assessments and identifies future business opportunities for leveraging MDM capabilities. • Manage relationships with software and hardware vendors to understand the potential architectural impact of different technical vendor strategies and technology trends. • Ensure the quality and development of proper training and documentation for the technical architecture. • Contribute to and enhance and enforce data standards and manage MDM staff.
