Responsible for detailed technical design and development of applications using existing and emerging technology platforms Converts specifications about business problems into programming instructions. Leads planning, organizing and implementing of application development projects that are medium to large in size and/or complexity. Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems, including encoding, testing, debugging Follows approved SDLC and project management methodology, ensuring that all required steps are followed, all required deliverables are produced, and all approvals are obtained. Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project planning, tracking and analysis. Provides technical and analytical support and guidance to project team members. Act as a primary liaison between business users/BAs and IT project team. Design use cases, functional specifications, reports screen prototypes. Designs and codes programs; creates test transactions and runs tests; revises as necessary. Facilitate functional requirements walkthroughs and respond to Test team ambiguity review questions. Contribute to user guides, reference manuals, training materials and code release artifacts as appropriate.
