*Position                : PeopleSoft HCM Functional Project Manager*

*Location               : los Angeles, CA*

*Duration              : 6 Months*

·        *Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation
processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, testing,
documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints. *

   - *To provide “real-time” support to all HCM related production systems
   issues on a daily basis, including (but not limited to) PeopleSoft, ADP,
   Transcentive, Equity Edge, Fidelity, GEO Learning, SuccessFactors, Kenexa
   and Taleo Compensation.*
   - *Assist and/or lead Acquisition related system/process
   integration/conversion activities *
   - *Responsible for defining, documenting, configuring, testing,
   training, deploying, and supporting software configuration changes to
   support changing business processes.*
   - *Responsible for providing leadership and support for annual programs
   such as Performance Management, Focal, Open Enrollment and any special HR
   initiatives. *
   - *Complete specification and design review processes within the
   Broadcom SDLC framework to ensure delivery of the best and appropriate
   solution.*
   - *Prioritization of needs with business owner partners. Sets
   priorities, manages schedules, and assures quality/timely releases of
   required business functionality through system deployments and business
   process changes.*
   - *Must be able to define an application roadmap for the HR
   organization, and be able to clearly articulate this vision to the team,
   executive management, and to the company.*
   - *Participates and provides leadership in software evaluation/selection
   projects when new systems capabilities are required.  *


   - *Work with the defined development change control processes of the
   organization.*

*REQUIREMENTS*

·         *Position requires College degree, preferably a Bachelor’s degree
in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent
experience, and a minimum of seven years direct working experience with
PeopleSoft 9.x. *

·         *PMP Certification *
