A new Work and Asset Management System (WAMS) and supporting business processes will be implemented and require significant integration capabilities between multiple upstream and downstream software systems. Position: SOA Developer (TOGAF system architect with SOA development/delivery experience on a Microsoft .NET/BizTalk framework and utility industry experience) Responsibilities: Work through three design-develop-implement POC cycles to assure fit-for-function of development tools, methods and practices. Provide development skills to the delivery of SOA services for production project Provide mentoring to development staff in the hands-on development tasks of the POC’s to assure successful integration adapter implementation Create orchestrations necessary for communication and data transmission between disparate systems Code an test orchestrations, XML schemas, maps, custom scripts, pipelines and C# helper classes required for BizTalk Create and configure hosts, adapters, receive locations and ports Work with IT department to deploy solutions in production environment Document solution details Install BizTalk Server 2010 and supporting tools; e.g. BAM Configure and maintain BizTalk in development, test and production Deploy BizTalk applications to a BizTalk server 2010 server Manage and monitor BizTalk applications on a BizTalk Server 2010 server Manage BizTalk Server groups and backup a BizTalk Server 2010 server Monitor a BizTalk Server environment with System Center Operations Manager Coordinate with customers systems and infrastructure staff to implement patches and updates to BizTalk Work with Systems development teams to configure services for compatibility with the ESB and SOA architecture Qualifications: Experience implementing the services and tools provided in BizTalk Server (2006, 2009, and preferably 2010).
