*Java Architect* *West Chester, PA* *Long Term Contract* *Minimum Qualifications* Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. *Major Duties* Lead architecture and design teams 10 years of Java EE experience Maintain and support new and existing libraries and core services in the Enterprise Services Platform (ESP). Develop prototype and architecture for new concepts and technology that would eventually be used by the Development teams. Provide support and mentoring to both senior- and junior-level developers distributed amongst the Development teams. Assist Operations team in optimizing and stabilizing the platform through identifying and tuning performance bottlenecks. Perform other duties as assigned. Full life-cycle development in an enterprise development environment. Exposure to Agile methodology a plus.
