Position: Java/J2ee Developer Duration: 12 months Location: Los Angels Requirements: Java/J2EE Developer with Oracle experience. Java FX preferred Experience in the Media/Entertainment industry a plus, in particular, Television Sales Administration. Financials experience preferred. . Solid technical background with strong experience in Java development technologies: J2EE, XML, HTML/DHTML/CSS, Java Script, Java Frameworks, JSP, AJAX. Experience with Java FX is a PLUS . Strong experience in development with EJB 2.0, JDBC, JMS and MVC patterns. . Strong Oracle 10g DB knowledge and PL/SQL background, and ability to write complex SQL queries. . Display problem solving and analytical skills to resolve complex technical problems. . Possess an excellent understanding of business requirements and IT strategies. . Capable of understanding existing code and making fixes with minimal impact. . Knowledge of Weblogic 9.1 Application Server a plus. . Proficient in development using Eclipse and TOAD based IDEs. . Crystal Reports development experience a plus. . Experience following Software Development Lifecycle methodologies. . Experience with object oriented analysis, design and programming, data models and UML. . Experience with designing and building medium-to-large multi-tier web applications. .
