This resources should have familiarity with those operating systems and be capable to rebuild and support any issues within that operating system.* - *Needs to have working knowledge with Virtual PC for local solution and Hyper-V for served virtualization.* - *Needs to be able to work with Workflow Manager for application package tracking.* - *Needs to be familiar with SCCM 2007 and possibly SCCM 2012.
