Description:

The PeopleSoft Benefits Functional Analyst will be the subject matter
expert for PeopleSoft Benefits Administration module and its integration
with HR and Payroll. This individual will be the liaison between IT
Development and HR users during requirements gathering, design, testing,
deployment, and upgrade projects. This individual is also responsible for
configurations, interfaces with vendors and troubleshooting production
issues.


QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
• 5+ years experience in PeopleSoft HCM Benefits Administration, including
V9.1.
• Experience as a Lead Functional Analyst on a previous successful
PeopleSoft HR/ Benefits Administration implementation. PeopleSoft v9.1
desired.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Payroll including configurations and tax
reporting also desired.
• Thorough understanding of the integration between HR, Benefits and
Payroll modules within PeopleSoft.
• Experience with Employee Self Service Life Events and Open Enrollment
preferred.
• Experience with a systems development lifecycle methodology
• Familiar with Application Designer and Security
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to produce system,
process and testing documentation.
