Rochester, NY for a SAP Technical Team Lead for CRM Service This position is to start as soon as the ideal candidate is selected and will last through 2014 with probable extension through the end of the project (12-18 months). The expectation is that the contractor would be onsite minimally 4 full days per week with travel on Friday. The selected SAP Technical Lead will participate as part of a larger team and provide leadership on this SAP project with expertise in SAP CRM - specifically Service CRM. Activities include design, test, train, deploy and post go live support. This position is a combination of Technical SAP SERVICE CRM knowledge and proven Project Management skills. *Requirements:* - 9+ years experience leading IT implementation teams. - Proven Technical SAP experience in CRM module (Service). - Leadership Role in at Least 3 Full Life Cycle Projects. - Proven Experience in Manufacturing Environments. - Scope Definition Experience - Experience Creating Work Breakdown Structure. - Leadership of 4-6 team members. - Experience Documenting Unit Test Plan and Results. - Experience with Mercury Tool Set or HP Quality Center. - Excellent Business Acumen surrounding implementation project processes. - Lead the CRM Implementation Team and measure and report progress metrics.
