*Job Title: **IT Project Manager* *Location: *Baltimore, MD, US *Duration: *1 Year ***Locals with in-person interview available are preferred.* Job Description: Analyze complex business problems and assess feasibility of the proposed enhancements and system automations. Collect and synthesize data, review current business processes, understand end-user needs in consultation with stakeholders and explain implications of choices to all involved. Act as liaison between business users and IT development team and works closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to help create Project Requirement Documents (PRDs), Functional Specification Document (FSD) and use cases. Facilitate meetings and focused groups to identify optimal solutions that create and enhance business value. Independently lead various phases of the software development life cycle, with focus on validating conceptual solutions and creating quality requirements artifacts. Required MS SQL Server Oracle 11g SQL Writing experience Business System/Requirement Documentation Experience Java, J2EE Spring Framework, SOAP Web services, JMS is a must knowledge of presentation languages such as JSP, XML, HTML, Style Sheets, JavaScript Technology Architecture (Mainframe, Client Server and Web), Project Planning and Estimating, Systems Analysis and Assessment; Project Management experience in programming or testing Source to Target Data Mapping Experience Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills Extensive Microsoft Office Skills Preferred Microsoft Business Intelligence Experience (with SSRS) Experience with BPM and Workflow systems is an asset Experience with Relational and Dimensional Data Modeling Health Insurance Background Please respond with you *consultant resume*, *contact*, *rate *and *current location* info to speed up the interview process.
