Please have a look over the detail and let me know if you would be interested in this opportunity. *Job Title: Junior Business Analyst / Data Analyst(also Six sigma)* *Location: San Jose, CA* *Duration: Contract Position* *Job Description::* Manage complex, cross-functional projects impacting multiple processes and systems. This person needs to be well rounded, they need to be technical enough to perform a deep dive analysis on high volumes of data and also have the skill set to produce findings from the analysis and recommend business process changes as a result. It is understood there will be a ramp-up period for this individual but we need it to be short. Key for us is that we have a self-starter that takes initiative and isn't simply an order taker. The ideal candidate will be high energy, able to work in a dynamic environment. disciplined, results-oriented, agile, and open to change with the ability to fulfill late-breaking and changing requirements in an expedient manner. This person needs to contribute more than they take, we can't have someone that requires a lot of support and consumes more of our bandwidth than they give back.
