Knowledge of data flows between Unemployment Insurance data processing systems and other state or national Labor Market information systems. Experience developing enterprise applications as part of an agile team using scrum Ability to deal with people in a manner which shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism Ability to plan, organize and prioritize time and workload in order to accomplish tasks and meet deadlines Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly, and concisely, in writing; read and understand information presented in writing. *Additional project details:* The target application is being developed using C#, Entity framework with an Oracle database back end, ASP.Net MVC, HTML5 and AngularJS. We need a developer who can successfully design and develop enterprise applications using these technologies.
