In this role, you would be responsible for the Quality Management Maturity program. This includes overseeing the set of prioritized projects and quick wins that are scheduled for 2014, along with managing program scope, schedule and cost. *IT QA Program Manager job responsibilities include:* - Managing the Quality Management Maturity program - Overseeing the set of prioritized projects and quick wins that are scheduled for 2014, along with managing program scope, schedule and cost - Provide subject matter expertise to help drive out Quality Best Practices - Focus will be on testing centers of excellence (process, templates, best practices), metrics, and dependencies with other areas of the SDLC *Qualifications:* - Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field required. Master’s degree highly preferred. - 15 - 20 years of diversified management experience required. Experience in the insurance or financial services industry required. - Experience with HP Quality Center and HP Insight Manager required - Experience with Clarity is preferred. - Knowledge of the project life cycle, particularly project management best practices required. - Project Management Institute (PMI) certification desired. - Demonstrated ability to manage project funding and people while meeting the needs of customers and stakeholders required. - Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet and project methodology tools required.
