Job Title: SAP QM Functional Lead Location: Hopkins, MN Duration: 6 Months *MUST HAVE 10YRS IT EXPERIENCE * Description: As the Functional SAP CM Analyst you will work closely with business partners to deliver process, data, and technology solutions. Candidates for this position are expected to be advanced professionals in the systems & process design and implementation space and have experience on low, medium and high rigor IT projects This job requires an experienced analyst who can partner effectively with all levels of the organization, lead others, drive results, proactively identify and resolve problems, provide process expertise, and make challenging decisions. Previous experience in deployment, functional consulting, and break/fix required. Required 5 years of SAP Design and Implementation experience in Quality Management (QM): Proven record of interacting with multiple business units and functional teams Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate technical and business information effectively to both technical and non-technical people Proven conflict resolution skills Ability to understand our business, work across business units, be a team player and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment Experienced working with ambiguity Strong problem solving/decision-making skill Experience leading and influencing others, including senior level personnel Established skills in identifying and developing strategies to address change management issues Project demands may from time to time require work during non-standard business hours. An example would be during a system implementation at a plant which can only happen during scheduled downtime Preferred Past project management experience Experience with: SAP QM Configuration Specifications Inspection Plans Inspection Lots Inspection Results QM Master Data Outbound Inspection Processing Previous Lab Experience in a Food Manufacturing Environment Quality Notifications Work experiences across multiple lines of businesses Ability to identify information required to make critical business decisions Familiarity with technical requirements and system configuration Please respond with you *consultant resume*, *contact*, *rate *and *current location* info to speed up the interview process.
