*Description:The Project Leader will support the Program Manager for the
FRESCO Phase 2 Design project. Specific responsibilities will include (but
not limited to) the following: Manage 3-4 workstreams within the program
Build and manage the cross functional workplan (strong MS Project skills
required) Manage issues/risks logs Prepare status reports Maintain and
report status of deliverables dashboard Must be able to work independently
and take initiative to build relationships influence others in order to
drive the completion of work *

*The Project Leader, Mast Global Operations & Integration will work with a
variety of Mast Global and Enterprise leaders to develop and execute small
to medium-scale, cross-functional and cross channel initiatives that
support growth and process improvement across Limited Brands. This
individual takes initiatives from feasibility and concept development
through testing, execution and closure following a formalized initiative
management approach. Project management considerations include, but are not
limited to: scope, issues, risk, quality, success measures, resource
planning, change management, and project cutover. This position requires a
deep understanding of project management methodology, solid knowledge of
supply chain and enterprise technology, supply chain fundamentals, the
ability to embed best practices into daily operations, and the ability to
drive for results. *

*Project management responsibilities including analysis, design and
implementation of initiatives Develops and manages all initiative
activities include initiative timeline definition, risk analysis, and
resource management Provides detailed initiative planning including, status
tracking and reporting, issue resolution, schedule development, and budget
development Provides ability to identify initiative costs, quantify
benefits and develop compelling business cases Executes the daily tasks
associated with assigned initiatives, conducts follow-up, facilitates
meetings, coordinates communication, and maintains documentation Leads
presentation development to gain required approval from senior management
throughout a given initiative Effectively communicates with all levels of
the organization and external constituencies, such as suppliers and 3rd
party vendors Manages external resources (consultants and contractors) as
necessary Influences decision making to gain cross-functional alignment to
achieve on-time execution of initiatives Provides strategic thought
partnership to functional leaders It is expected that this position will
require support/guidance from a Program Manager or Director, Operations and
Integration. *
