Position : ILM/ Informatica Developer Location : Waukegan, IL Duration : 6 months *ONLY CANDIDATES WITH: Informatica Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) AND ORACLE * Requirement: The ideal candidate will be a person who has had experience using Informatica Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) as a tool for archiving databases. He or she will: Know how to analyze the structure of a source database, construct the target database in the archive and transfer the data from the source database to the archive database. Know how to test that the data has been archived correctly. Know how to create and apply retention policies and legal holds to data in the archive. Know which tools to use for each part of the archiving process and how to get the best performance out of these tools. Know how to use data masking to hide sensitive data. A comprehensive knowledge of RDBMS is fundamental to the job. Knowledge of multiple database systems is important including: SQL Server Oracle, DB2. Knowledge of other data sources is useful especially data stored on Mainframe.
