Job Description: Help identify the current and future state of the patient relationship management system and patient acquisition system by interactions with key IT and business partners. Help leadership create a gap analysis and define the product roadmap. Additional information: The person will be measured/criti Document, Design, Test and Support Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications. Work with business users to validate business process design documentation completeness and accuracy. Work with business users to gather, understand and document business processes and solution requirements that are not currently documented. Assess current state CRM design in comparison to OOTB CRM capabilities. Identify opportunities to eliminate unnecessary and manual business processes. Plan and Execute end to end business process and system testing.
