Service Delivery - Respond, diagnose and remediate issues affecting production availability in a dynamic environment* *2. Provision storage to Windows and UNIX hosts as required* *3. Maintain environment with current releases of firmware and operating systems* *4. Work with diverse project teams to build out and integrate required Storage infrastructure in accordance with pre-defined build documentation* *Required Skills:* *1. Strong knowledge of EMC based storage technologies (CLARiiON, Symmetrix, Celerra, Centera)* *2. In-depth knowledge of connectivity requirements for open systems hosts (Windows, UNIX) * *3. Understanding of storage replication and virtualization technologies* *4. Understanding of how to interact with external vendors in the form of troubleshooting and escalation* *5.
